I am passionate about helping people who are open to learning new things, eager to find answers and to make positive changes in their lives, and those who take accountability for their own experience and want to take action toward their goals. I am also passionate about our innate healing capabilities, the support of effective natural remedies, and reintroducing people to the plants that humbly (and steadfastly) support all of us each day.
Formally educated with a B.A. in Psychology and Thanatology, and a graduate of the Practical Herbalist and Master Herbalist programs at Wild Rose College of Herbal Medicine. Trained on the Avatar SC-5, an advanced electro-meridian measurement tool. Other training includes Quantum Touch, The Trager Approach, Reiki, Tai Chi Beginning Instructor, PSW, Death Doula, Alzheimers studies, and more.
